The technician must be able to work independently.Position: Qualified VW Technician (Diagnostic Certification beneficial)

Salary: Basic Dependent on Experience + Incentives based on hours sold / MIBCO Benefits (No Medical Aid Contribution)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• South African Driverxe2x80x99s License.
• Senior Certificate.
• Trade Test Certificate.
• VW / Audi dealership experience essential.
• VW / Audi Diagnostic Certificate - Beneficial.
• VW or Audi Training Schedule.
• Fully stocked toolbox.

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to take instructions and complete tasks.
• Work Independently.
• Take initiative without overstepping boundaries.

EXPERIENCE:

• In a VW or Audi Dealership xe2x80x93 Min 5 years.
• VAS Diagnostic systems.
• Experience with Light Commercial Vehicle is Beneficial.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to perform various tasks such as:

• Minor and Major Services.
• Engine Remove and replace.
• Engine Strip & Assemble.
• Gearbox Remove & Replace.
• Braking Systems.
• Steering.
• Suspension.
• Differentials.
• Electrical Diagnostics.
• Mechanical Diagnostics.
