Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality or Health and Safety or Food Safety is an advantage
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
3 years experience in Food/Feed Manufacturing is an advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Prepare for and participate in external audits.
Ensure conducting and minuting of Food Safety / Level meetings.
Conduct or participate and perform assessments of audits and surveys.
Manage continuous improvement objectives.
Maintain Customer Complaints, CPA, Non-Conforming Products, Supplier Complaints and Continuous Improvement objectives. Ensure Root Cause is done correctly and the corrective and preventive actions are taken where required.
Support and manage ad hoc laboratory and food safety processes in conjunction with the Operational Nutritionist and factory lab staff.
Maintain Incident Management system, Objectives and OHSE Incident Management Systems and identify root causes and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken where required.
