Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator (Claremont Cape Town)
Reports to: Quality & Technical Manager (UK)
Role objective:
To provide an efficient administration service to the quality department. Support the UK based Quality and Technical Manager with reviewing, investigating, and validating product defects reported by our customers. To take on administration tasks for the department ensuring the information obtained is passed onto manufacturing partners in the agreed format.
Key accountabilities:
Validating customer services reason codes.
Review product related reported issues, generated from the customer contact within our customer service department. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.
Compile monthly reports and discuss with the Q&T Manager improvement that can be made.
Administration:
To complete all departmental administrative tasks.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
To be first point of contact for the customer services department in supporting with technical queries in areas that have been trained.

Key skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Familiarity with furniture production processes and materials is a plus.
