DUR002160 - QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - BALLITOJob Purpose:
To assist the Responsible Pharmacist (RP) implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) with a strong focus on documentation and process control.Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Tertiary Degree
- Food Safety Management Systems Certificate
- ISO 19011:2018 Internal Auditing Principles Certificate
- Food or pharmaceutical industry experience
- ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 implementation and management experience
- Ensure work processes are implemented to ensure productivity is improved.
- Take an active role in the training and career development of all staff under his/her control.
- Provide team leadership and management skills to each project.
- Act with due care and diligence and observe all legal requirements during the contract
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management and the Directors, highlighting significant performance issues or problems.
- Contribute to the development and approval of the plan for the project.
- Verify overall programme and tracking.
- Ensure that adequate records are kept and maintained.
- Unquestionable integrity.
- High energy.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good attention to detail
- Personable and able to engage with diverse communities.
- Self-starter with initiative & able to work unsupervised.
