Job Description
- Review Test Results
- Approving that a system change has passed all criteria and upgrade can proceed
- Coordination between various parties for resolution of technical test failures
- What test cases / test automation to apply
- Delegating work to test teams to ensure that the deadlines are met
- Devising test cases to test for load on a system
- Regression testing of system to reduce the amount of manual work needed
- Degree / Diploma in IT (NQF Level 6)
- Certification in ITIL
- Certification - Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
