SECURITY QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGERStrict screening in terms of requirements will be adhered to. Only applications with the below experience and skills will be considered.Purpose: Inspections, audit and corrective measures of guarding operations.This vacancy is reserved for applicants in terms of the EE Act.Experience within the Private Security Sector essential.RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:Responsible for managing quality on operational execution levelsManaging quality functions in the Division ranging on Site and Branch levelsInspections, audit and corrective of Guarding OperationsOverseeing and participating in critical controls such as wages, fuel expenses, uniforms andautomationResponsible for new operational startup quality controlManaging Special QA projects as and when identifiedQUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:PSIRA certification Grade AGrade 10 or equivalent qualificationClean disciplinary, criminal and credit recordDrivers License & Own transportWill be travelling to various sites in various regions dailySecurity Diploma and Middle Management Development Program preferableMust be renowned for Making a Difference in Private Security Operational Execution ie. your good operational reputation must precede youHave a thorough knowledge of Guarding, Technology and Specialised OperationsUnderstand and have personally practiced the fundamentals of guarding operationsExperience in security audit and inspection dutiesAbility to formulate and evaluate SOPsTrained and experienced in the ISO Quality Management SystemSafety practices inclined and practiced safety leadership in security operationsExposure to Operational Designs, thereby creating change to nonfunctional operational executionMust have an understanding of wage cost, fuel, and unform controlsShould you not have received a response to your application within two weeks of submitting your CV, please consider your application unsuccessful.
