Job Role: Quality Assurance/ Control Manager
Location: Limpopo - BolobeduPurpose of the Role:
Provide support to Regional EPC Managers/Project management to anticipate and adequate client requirements related to QA/QC in EPC PV plant project Limpopo.Education and Technical Skills:

• Degree in engineering.
• Proved experience on other Photovoltaic plants
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Project
• English proficiency (mandatory)
• Quality in projects knowledge

Soft Skills:Autonomy level, Responsibility level, Accuracy, Interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills

:

• Elaborate on Quality Management Plan and ITPs procedures and checklists used to inspect the quality of the work executed to ensure meeting client requirements
• Experience in compiling full Data packs for PV Plant handover.
• Coordinate a team of inspectors
• Perform quality visits to ensure the good care of quality records such as inspection records, photo reports, RFI, test reports, certificates, etc, in compliance with standards and clients requirements.
• Ability to follow and track several projects regarding Quality management implementation status up to date and planning resources needed to accomplish the milestones
• Give advice on trend targets for non-conformities management. - Monitor compliance with quality procedures
• Ensure the fulfilment of the Quality Protocols when carrying out the activities complying with the defined in the Inspection and Testing Plan
• Guarantee the adequate establishment of internal document control and with the client.
• Provide Training for the project team regarding quality in projects
• Anticipate according to schedule the quality management plans framework and client requirement of project
• Be the promoter of REX (Return on experience) methodology.
