About the Role:
The Quality Assurance Team Leader is a junior managerial role responsible for managing a team of QA Administrators to monitor and improve the quality of work produced across various departments within Skills Academy. This role requires both leadership and management skills to maintain quality standards across the business. The QA Team Leader will oversee workflows for quality assurance, provide actionable feedback, and produce comprehensive reports highlighting areas of concern and recommendations for improvement. Initially, the QA Team Leader will also participate in QA tasks until the team is fully established.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
a team of QA Administrators, including but not limited to performance management, training, and development.
Oversee all QA activities,
including but not limited to quality checks across various platforms (calls, emails, online platforms, assignments, etc.), deep-dive investigations, and development of QA standards.
Monitor, analyze, and report
on QA performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Communicate effectively
with senior management and the QA team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric (Relevant qualification advantageous)
Previous experience in Quality Assurance (minimum of 1 year)
Experience in managing/leading a team (minimum of 1 year)
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Google Workplace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
