Responsible for safety and compliance with standards:
Work to maintain audit process and audit tools related to quality improvement projects within FME standard practice Adapted QMS Tool
Identify, monitor and deliver the organizations clinical audit program within the agreed timescales Clinic Audit Planning according to Risk Assesment
Work in conjunction with Head of Clinical Quality to establish patterns or trends that require additional training or corrective action Quality Team Approach, Each Auditor have a Trainer per Region
Assist training team to incorporate compliance and audit findings into training program Monthly meetings
Writing audit reports and associated documents; maintaining the confidentiality and security of audit records
Representation:
Represents the nursing care function of the Clinical Quality Team responsible for auditing of all NephroCare dialysis units. identifying risk factors belonging to nursing care and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Opening of applicable CAPA and action plan with Responsible Persons and completion dates
Staff efficiency & performance:
Performs overall clinic audits, with focus on ensuring efficient operations
Is responsible for assisting in closing gaps and ensuring competence development via training & education Feedback Meeting after each Audit to assist in bringing clinic to Maintance mode, closing gaps and CAPAs
Checks compliance with all applicable standards for staff under his/her coordination Included in QMS Tool Eg. SANC, HPCSA, BLS OH&S, Signed s according to Roles and Responsibilities allocated in Org Chart.
Organizes nursing training and education in cooperation with Country Head Nurse and/or NC Training & Education Manager Monthly meetings discussing to allocate trainers according to identified training needs. 3 Training programmes: 1 Formal Annual Training Programme. 1 Clinic Specific Monthly Training Programme. 1 Clinic Specific Patient Monthly Training Programme.
Resource planning & allocation:
Forms part of Clinical Quality Team and reports directly to Head of Clinical Quality
Responsible for all documentation and recordkeeping of clinical Audits done Audit report of Findings and Recommendations including Assistance with Action plan and opening of CAPAs if needed
Leadership & people management:
Steers the activity of Clinical Audits in clinics and implementing local headquarters strategy

Contribute to the development of an approach and plan to improve patient experience in targeted countries, by fostering a culture of individualized patient care, based on empathy, respect and compassion, in line with the approaches from EMEA regions with each Audit, Patient round and interview
Contribute to the overall patient experience approach; liaise with the other EMEA patient experience responsible teams to create synergies and learn from their experience Management and maintenance of all processes of Patient Grievance Directive
Engage country management in participating countries and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders Involvement of Commercial Managers
Create awareness and focus in the participating countries on individualized patient care Up to date and involve in all Quality Projects pertaining to patients.
Design and implement approaches to identify, recognize and promote clinic staff displaying the right behaviors Involvement in Patient Grievance Committee assisting on Clinic and Country level.
Assess, adapt and implement tools developed in EMEA for increasing clinic staff competence on patient experience Ensuring Correct Docs and tools are implemented Standardisation
