Job Description
Position: Quality Control Assistant

Location: Benoni - Gauteng
Salary: Market relatedDuties include but not limited to:
- Ensure that all components received and manufactured, adhere to dimensional and other quality requirements reflected by drawings and specifications
- Dimensional and visual inspection of all incoming raw materials, as laid down in the specific work instructions.
- Conduct First-off dimensional and visual inspections and in-process inspections of manufactured products.
- Completion of all necessary documentation such as inspection check sheets/reports.
- Regularly checking and calibrating measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Adhering to Safety and Quality Standards.
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years' experience within manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
- Experienced in using calipers, gauges and micrometers to check dimensions
- Experience in Safety and Quality Systems and Processes
