Manage the quality control process (quality plans, Key11 inspection reports, design specifications & standards. Manage drawing control to shop floor & suppliers, generate and control drawing revisions. Liaise with design services on product designs. Checking of fabrication drawings for correctness. Perform underground product inspections, evaluation, and failure analysis. Continuous drive towards standardization of products and quality improvements. Interact and visit external suppliers on outsourced products. (scope of work, QC inspections) Perform non-destructive testing (liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing) Perform root cause / failure analysis / report writing. Perform daily production QC inspections and give guidance to shop floor personnel. Test welders (6 monthly) to ensure their skills compliance with AWS D1.1/D1.1M:2015 Attend daily production section meeting and QC Management meeting.
