Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Assurance: You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of protocols in the laboratory to ensure compliance in safety and quality.Quality Controls: You will supervise and support the inspection and testing of raw materials and finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.Team Supervision: You will lead and train the quality control team, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.Documentation and Reporting: You will maintain accurate records of quality control tests and inspections and prepare detailed reports for management review.Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.Qualifications:National Diploma in Textile Technology, Quality, or
