Responsible for :

Assist production with any root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions.
Perform quality testing and inspection on raw, in-process and final product for each process.

Ensure traceability of raw material, in process and final product is maintained at all times
Ensure wastage of raw material, in -process, final product and packaging is kept to a minimum at all times.
Carefully assess and identify the products that do not meet the specified requirements or quality standards.
Carry out the necessary actions according to the reworking plan. Ensure that the rework process is well-documented and that any adjustments or modifications are accurately recorded.
