Quality Data Analyst Automotive ~ Manufacturing
Port Elizabeth - Eastern Cape - South AfricaYou will play a pivotal role in data mining and statistical control to enhance product and process quality.This role reports to the Quality Control Manager and oversees a Defect and calibration Assessor. Responsible for developing analytical reports, identifying out-of-control characteristics, and supporting defect reduction strategies.You will ensure the accuracy of calibration processes and participate in Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement projects.Essential Requirements:
- Technical National Higher Diploma essential
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification essential
- 23 years of experience in a quality, process, or statistical environment
- Strong proficiency in statistical techniques, Measurement System Analysis, and data visualisation software, including Excel, Minitab, SAP, and Power BI, is required.
- A keen understanding of calibration processes, defect monitoring, and process control is essential to drive continuous improvement and ensure the integrity of quality data systems.
