Location: Rustenburg, North West
Salary: R35,000Requirements:
We are ideally seeking candidates with expertise and qualifications in the following areas:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in quality (non-negotiable).
• Educated to graduate engineer, engineer, or technician level in a technical field, or knowledge/skills acquired through equivalent training and/or practical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
• Minimum of 45 years experience in a supervisory or related role, including dealing with customers.
• Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of additional systems, such as KROSY (TDS, Item Master, Production plan), is advantageous.
• Ability to perform statistical analytics, including pivot tables and graphs (e.g., QRK, Pareto, capability testing).
• Knowledge of measuring and test equipment (selection, use, MSA studies, calibration) is advantageous.
• A valid drivers license is required.

• Investigate internal and external failures intensively.
• Chair problem-solving meetings on internal and external failures.
• Complete PSS forms as meeting minutes and share them with relevant parties.
• Initiate corrective actions on failures and coordinate quality-related corrective actions.
• Implement assigned corrective actions and conduct follow-ups to ensure their effectiveness.
• Escalate non-implemented actions when necessary.
• Continuously update the "Failures, Causes, and Actions" database and escalate monthly updates to the Quality Manager.
• Update and create FMEAs.
• Provide continuous feedback to relevant departments on failures.
• Stand in for fellow AP Team Members when needed.
