Purpose of this role:



Quality assurance of all finished products produced at B_ , ensuring work is performed in a safe and efficient manner with minimal to No supervision. Assuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:




Quality- grading of carpet on-line? Quality Standards-Confirm ticket and colour matches Sample book? OTIF - Testing - Quality tests as per DMS? Waste reduction- Repair of carpet on-line? Overall Efficiency- Assist on re-inspection table?


Matric Previous experience in the manufacturing textile/flooring industry would be preferable? Good Report writing skills? Good Communication skills? Previous experience in grading of products? Must have good product knowledge? Quality Orders / D365? Teams - Feedback? Finalizing/ recon of projects
