Successful candidates need to have at least 2 - 5 years' relevant experience within a Fresh & UHT Manufacturing plant experience , must be able to demonstrate knowledge in Microbiology, Analytics, Supplier Management ,Strong people management experience, be fluent in English and be computer literate.
Required Skills
1. Degree Qualification in either Food Science, BTech or B.Sc
2. 2 years Cheese Manufacturing plant experience OR 2-5 Years UHT Manufacturing plant experience
3. Experience in auditing Suppliers and Knowledge of a Supplier system
4. Knowledge in Microbiology, Analytics, Supplier Management,
5. Strong people management experience through building a positive and motivated staff compliment.
6. Computer literacy on Microsoft Office packages is essential.
7. Proximity to the Floor.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Plant Consumer and Customer complaint focus, linking Non Quality losses and cost, with process improvement. Effectively and efficiently support the plant quality teams, aligned with Lactalis processes and procedures, to improve quality over different KPIs.
2. Support on Industrial projects, Processes, RCA activities, as well as Improvement processes, and deliver an excellent support service through effective cross functional KPIs.
3. Hygiene and Cleaning Improvement through focused validations of CIP, alignment with Lactalis practices, supporting Master Cleaning Schedules on COP, and supporting Quality, industrial and Maintenance teams with leadership and guidance.
4. Support teams such as FSI, Sales, Distribution, PFS, R&D for example, with technical expertise, to achieve business goals.
Support on the Pathogen monitoring plan, to the quality and industrial teams, with focus on cleaning and sanitising practices.
