Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical quality solutions for production processes and coordinate customer complaints with management.
• Analyze parts returned from customers and warranty cases, providing reports and insights.
• Oversee or perform quality checks and inspections for designated products and manufacturing processes, including deciding on blocking suspect or defective parts for further review.
• Analyze and create technical concepts to optimize quality aspects in assigned production or assembly processes.
• Implement and verify the application of quality standards, initiatives, and technical concepts, supporting both internal and external audits.
• Manage complaints and associated costs, and work collaboratively with local Quality Management to initiate corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints, 8D reports, and both internal and external quality reports.
• Support localization projects and manage internal and customer notifications and approvals.
• Drive quality improvement projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• National Diploma or Bachelors degree in an engineering-related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in quality processes within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of AIAG manuals (PPAP, APQP, QSA, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA) and related industry standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Proficient in English as a working language.
• Strong analytical thinking and goal/results-oriented approach.
