Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Quantitative Analysis Methodologies:
- Design, build, and optimize advanced mathematical models and analytical solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Adhere to and implement relevant policies, governance, and compliance standards across the business, staying informed about legislative changes and industry best practices.
- Regularly audit, update, test, and validate models to ensure their accuracy, relevance, and ability to reflect evolving business complexities.
- Utilize data and analytical insights to enhance customer experience, identify monetization opportunities, and recommend business decision enhancements through statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to define metrics, create delivery plans, and translate technical data into practical business insights.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong modelling expertise.
- Proficiency in statistics.
- Experience in banking and insurance sectors.
- Actuarial background is a plus.
