Job Description
Are you a Quantitative Analyst looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to excel in the banking industry? Our esteemed banking client seeks a talented individual with expertise in predictive models and credit risk scorecards. If you have a track record of end-to-end model development and validation, this role is for you!
Qualifications:
- Honours Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science.
- Minimum 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Python, R and SQL
- Expertise in developing credit risk scorecards and applying statistical methods.
- Proficient in both theoretical and practical aspects of data science and machine learning.
- Experienced in financial modelling, including pricing, provisioning, and capital models.
- Advanced analytical skills for generating key insights.
- In-depth knowledge of personal loans, credit cards, and vehicle finance.
- Skilled in SQL and understanding database structures.
- Strong understanding of the impact of analytical and modelling issues on other areas and decisions.
