Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction, and knowledge of solid wood joinery would be beneficial. The ideal candidate should be computer efficient and proficient in CCS Candy, Smartsheet, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical and cost management skills. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, budgets, tenders and BOQs, managing project costs and variations, conducting material take-offs, performing site valuations, and collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions and any other duties as required. The role requires a valid driver's license and a willingness to commute to sites and travel for work.
