Job SummaryDescriptionHire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction company in Cape Town. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing costs and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects in Cape Town.In this position, you will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to prepare accurate estimates, analyse contracts, and provide quantity calculations. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs, managing variations, and preparing financial reports. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to showcase their skills and contribute to the growth of an esteemed construction company in Cape Town.Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
