Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a focus on the Construction sector to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to take the next step in their careers and contribute to exciting construction projects.As a Quantity Surveyor in this position, you will be responsible for all cost-related aspects of construction projects, from initial budgets and estimates to final accounts. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
- SACQSP Registration
- Duties: Elemental estimating, Construction Cost Management, monthly progress and cost reports
- PrQS will be viewed favourably
- Proficient in project management and cost estimating software
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
