Based on the final blueprints that will be used in the contract, present the final quotation.
Manage the process of establishing a construction contract between the client and the business.
Create invoices for each variation order in accordance with the contract's specifications.
Maintain a record of invoices and provide the client with a statement for each invoice.
Creating Bills of Quantities for every client using the architectural plan as a guide.
Draft contract and tender paperwork, including any necessary bills of quantities.
Assess subcontractor tenders and, if necessary, engage in negotiations.
Assess subcontractors' work and take appropriate action.
