Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Perform risk and value management and cost control during the project lifecycle.
Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Negotiate and procure subcontractor packages.
Provide advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution.
Manage project cash flow and commercial performance.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit final accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft).
