The Department of Infrastructure ,Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent Professional Quantity Surveyor to perform quantity surveying work in the development of project, plans and designs for buildings, structures,or facilities.
Minimum Requirements An appropriate Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification; A minimum of 3 years post qualification Quantity Surveying experience; Compulsory registration with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor; A valid code B (or higher) driving license.

RemunerationGrade A: R 721 476 - R 774 267 per annum; Grade B: R 821 142 - R 876 018 per annum; Grade C: R 925 146 - R 1 084 368 per annum (Salary will be determined based on post registration experience as per the OSD prescript)Note on remuneration: Cost-to-employer (CTE) remuneration packages for certain occupation-specific dispensations (OSD), the middle-management service (MMS) and contract positions are inclusive of all costs related to service benefits or obligations including basic salary, 13th cheque, medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc. MMS remuneration packages are flexible and may be individually structured as prescribed. Where remuneration is not indicated as CTE, employees' service benefits or obligations are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
