Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, is currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in the fast-paced real estate environment and enjoys tackling unique challenges.As a Quantity Surveyor in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, providing expert advice on cost control, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.Responsibilities:
- Will be working in a team; must be a team player
- Strong candidate who is self-motivated in a high-pressure environment
- Must possess leadership skills and take full ownership of all commercial aspects of the project
- Able to implement systems where required
- Experience on various sites for large residential projects
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
- Willing to go the extra mile to ensure project success
- 5 years of solid experience in building high-density residential projects
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Quantity Surveying University Honours Degree or at least a B Tech Degree
- Clean criminal record
- Valid South African ID essential
- Familiarity with CCS Candy or similar project software
- Salary: Negotiable
