EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Professional qualification/degree in Quantity Surveying.
Attained PrQS or MRICS accreditation. (or eligible to attain within 12 months).
Minimum of 15 yearsxe2x80x99 industry experience xe2x80x93 Renewable Energy sector, contractor experience preferential
Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience managing multiple projects.
Must have extensive Civil, Mechanical, Structural Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation experience.
Must be computer literate, specifically working with MS Office packages.
Experienced in managing and leading a multicultural group/team.
Proven experience in conflict avoidance, entitlement appraisal and dispute resolution.
Conversant with operating in a xe2x80x98Functionallyxe2x80x99 structured organization.
Knowledge & understanding of contract law and commercial/contracts management.
