Job SummaryDescriptionHire Resolve, a trusted recruitment agency, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction company in Wellington. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs for various construction projects and ensuring project success.In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing budgets, and providing cost control throughout the project lifecycle. You will work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. If you have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for the construction industry, we would love to hear from you.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools
• Fair knowledge in terms of the SABS1200
• Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
• Experience in the civil construction industry would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
