Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quarry Manager to join their mining operation in Gauteng.Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the mining operation including planning, production, safety, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant mining regulations and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize mining operations and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and local communities.
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Mining Engineering (Preferred)
- Blasting Ticket (Preferred)
- 10 years' experience in the mining industry.
- Experience in foundry market, tile adhesive, construction, chemical and etc where alluvial silica is being used.
- Experience in running a quarry.
- Valid Drivers' License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time-Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
