Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience in Wi-Fi networks
- Strong customer support and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports identifying all conducted work issues and recommendations.
- Deliver device orders to our customers.
- Onboard and RICA customers
- On request, assist with setup and troubleshooting.
- Provide customer support solutions.
- Rain brand ambassador
- Provide customer support and installation.
- Provide training and support to the fulfilment team.
- A valid drivers licence is mandatory.
- Technical support experience
- IT literacy
- Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
- Responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated
- Excellent time management and adaptability
