A relevant tertiary qualification
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position and industry
Raw material stock control and stock management experience
Animal Feed Manufacturing will be an added advantage
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Maintain FIFO
Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials to production
Managing stock lead days within set parameters
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Timeously resolve supplier complaints
Limit stock losses to a minimum and explain stock deviations
Ensure timeous and accurate reporting
Conduct effective and regular stock takes
Maintain internal controls and procedures and ensure compliance.
Ensure accurate and timeous planning and recording of stock and capturing of all stock intakes accurately (GRVs)
Ensure timeous reporting of stock claims
Build and maintain strong relationships with Production Manager
Adhere to all safety regulation policies, procedures and notices and ensures monthly health and safety reports are done
Obtain V-number and MSD (Safety Data Sheet) for raw materials before a request is sent to Master Data for loading.
Ensure that allocated work is clean and complete cleaning register

Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, SAP and Outlook as a minimum)
