Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Product Development: You will design and develop new nonwoven textile products, from concept to commercialization, ensuring they meet market needs and quality standards.Process Optimization: You will lead LPMS and associated projects; analyze and improve existing products and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.Research and Analysis: You will conduct research on new materials, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.Testing and Evaluation: You will develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate new products, competitive products and raw materials.Assurance: You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of protocols in the R&D department to ensure compliance in safety and quality.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.A Masters degree is preferred;Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing and/or laboratory work;Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Lean Manufacturing/Operational Excellence training.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
