Tech/mkt research/ costs/recipes/trends for CI/NPD/extensions on products/recipes/pack./processes/equip/systems/methods. Plan R&D proj/ID needs budgets/equip/timelines/perform. measures/staff understand strategies/roles/tasks/ complete proj.within time/budgets/specs.Mentor Interns/Technicians/assist/interface all co.mngrs/customers/solve problems,prepare prototype in labs/mnfc facilities.Select RM/operate/maint.shelf life products/ pack.mat./liaise outside labs/material/equip. vendors .Present results/advise Mngr R&D/other Depts/externals Ensure environ.is sanitary/ safe/orderly/safekeeping of notes/records/ formula/specs/maint. awareness new technology/trends/impact on tech/bus.needs/ product/ process patentability. Monitor Regulatory Affairs NPD in dairy /baking/packaging/methods/liaise certification bodies/ Halaal/Kosher/RSPO/UTZ re.docs.Support/CI R&D database/support systems/liaise Buying re.docs/CI proj. of RM/ingredients/ pack.suppliers/compile raw/packaging material specs/critical parameters finished product/processing specs.Support SAP loading/maint.BOMs/Master Recipes/codes packaging/RM/verify BOMs vs product specs.
