Control cost effectively on all types of warranty claims.
Control suspense and debtors' accounts effectively.
Approve and process warranty claims and payments.
Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution.
Provide feedback on warranty issues to business.
Achieve warranty balance scorecard targets and KPI's.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Qualified Artisan. [Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 3 years post-apprentice/learnership experience.
