Job Summary About Us: Harcourts Summerton is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate agency committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our team and help streamline daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management Manage emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally Prepare, review, and organize real estate documents and contracts Maintain and update property listings on websites and other platforms Assist with marketing tasks such as social media management, flyers, and brochures Coordinate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring deadlines are met Maintain client databases (CRM) Handle office operations, including ordering supplies and processing invoices What We're Looking For: Prior experience in an administrative role (real estate experience is a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and industry regulations (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
