Responsibilities:
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Provide guidance and assist sellers and purchases in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under best terms
Determine clients' needs for financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Display and market property to potential purchases
Prepare and complete required documentation
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Cooperated with appraisers, escrow companies, lender and home inspectors.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices
Attend and arrange viewings for prospective purchasers
Keeping sellers informed regarding any queries and viewings
Reply to and follow up on correspondence and telephone enquiries
