Job Summary We are looking for an experienced residential sales and rental agent to join our close-knit team. Ideally the candidate should either reside in, or nearby the Paulshof area. EXPERIENCE | QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must have a minimum of 3 months experience in a similar position REMUNERATION | BENEFITS There is no basic salary. This is a commission only role The commission split is 60% agent / 40% firm Entry and exit inspections are paid to the agent directly at R350 per inspection 1 Gig of data is provided monthly to power our mobile PABX app Company covers the cost of annual FFC and CPD renewals Company covers the cost of advertising, boards, stickers, business cards and other marketing material Own car, valid driver's license and a computer is a must JOB DESCRIPTION Loading listings on Propdata Taking photographs Property viewings Conducting credit, reference, and affordability checks Drafting lease agreements & collecting 1st months' rent and deposit Draft OTPs Entry and Exit inspections Complying with FICA General admin and client liaison.
