Job Summary Are you a passionate energetic individual with a drive for sales? We looking to appoint Sales & Rental Real Estate Agent. This is a full-time hybrid role for Real Estate Agent at Onyx Realty. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including property sales, listings, and client negotiations. We are experiencing high market demand from sellers and buyers, so we are looking for people to hit the ground running and take ownership of leads provided by the office, current stock, service clients (both current and prospective), and within the referral network. Qualifications Experience in property sales and rentals will be an advantage Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Additional qualifications in real estate or related fields are a plus You would be able to work across different areas - a huge advantage! World-class IT systems and marketing. Support from an experienced office team. Own vehicle, laptop/tablet essential. Commission Based.
