Job Description
Our client founded their real estate company more than ten years ago, with a main emphasis on selling large properties like retail areas, office buildings, and industrial parks. While they are located in Cape Town, they conduct business across South Africa. The key to their team's achievements is their knack for creating targeted sales strategies to secure the best possible price for assets in a limited timeframe, utilizing their network of investors or their auction platform.They are looking to appoint a Real Estate Analyst to be part of their highly efficient team. The main purpose of the role is to provide the team with research support through conducting analysis and creating reports on properties and localities through campaign marketing and reporting, due diligence studies and valuations. Other accountabilities such as maintaining contact database, assisting in identifying sales leads, tracking progress of properties on auction or sale as well as developing market feedback reports will fall on to you.Residing in Cape Town, you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate sector, and proven knowledge and understanding of property invest. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, strong understanding of business markets and optimum research skills.
