Manage leased/owned premises in accordance with corporate requirements and business requirements including carrying out all internal procedures and approvals
Research the market and work out best solutions for leased/owned properties
Conclude/renew lease and service agreements
Project management of relocation activities and capex projects
Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of lease/service agreements
Organize regular inspections of leased/owned premises and generally maintaining the interface into customer/ landlord representatives
Eliminate detected deficiencies
Constantly interact with local employees and external partners of Siemens Energy
