To provide administrative support functions such as coordinating, reporting and filing to the Real Estate team during operational projects and business improvement implementations, innovations and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Store Query Management
1. Providing administrative support for the property team and assisting with aircon and maintenance queries to both Store Ops and Group.
2. Supports in the resolution of any problems queried.
Real Estate Group Project Coordination
1. Coordination and data collection/management across projects when and where applicable to ensure accurate records and tracking of projects.
Reporting on Energy Optimization
1. Assist in data gathering and reporting across both divisions and service providers to report on energy use.
2. Conduct follow-ups, coordination, and energy initiatives regarding meter management with service providers and Property teams for all current, new, closed, and relocated stores.
3. Coordination of information between divisional champions and all stakeholders.
4. Contribute to energy savings for the group through various initiatives that support our energy efficiency goals.
5. Coordinate all store's tariff analysis processes
Innovation and Business Process Coordination
1. Coordinate and assist in all areas relating to business development within the property division (mainly Project Coordination).
