Is looking for a Real Estate Lead Generator. They handle the sale of repossessed and used vehicles, machinery, and assets for financial institutions. With an extensive network of qualified cash buyers, they ensure efficient, competitive sales through tailored marketing and auction services.Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with estate agents and potential clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience using CRM systems or other sales tracking software
Goal-oriented and motivated to meet or exceed targets
High level of professionalism and customer service skillsDuties and Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and contact potential clients to set up meetings with estate agents
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and estate agents, ensuring smooth communication
Provide information to potential clients regarding the estate agent's services and offerings
Work closely with the estate agents to understand their requirements and align meeting setups accordingly
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for the number of meetings set
Report on daily and weekly sales activities, progress, and lead status
