Our client is seeking a Real Estate Manager with a strong background in retail property development and a track record of sourcing and securing suitable sites.Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelors degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive network of developers, landlords, and industry contacts.
- Strong understanding of demographic analysis, and market research.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions and
- leasing agreements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
