- A bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management or a related field is required, including hands-on experience with property management, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
- Must have own reliable transport to get to work and travel for work purposes.
- Must reside in Pretoria area.
