The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the real estate and sustainable energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agile methodologies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical proficiency and experience in leasing, home renovation, and sustainable energy initiatives are essential for this role.Fulltime USA hoursKey Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Management:

• Lead and manage agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Real Estate & Leasing:

• Oversee projects related to leasing and property management.
• Coordinate leasing activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Home Renovation & Maintenance:

• Plan and manage home renovation and maintenance projects.
• Ensure all renovations are completed to the highest standards and within budget.
• Source and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Sustainable Energy Initiatives:

• Lead projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement sustainable energy solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in sustainable energy.

• Education:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP with Agile focus) are preferred.
• Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate and/or sustainable energy sectors.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience in leasing, property management, and home renovation projects.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Familiarity with real estate management systems and sustainable energy technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
