This is not a cold-calling role. You'll receive a consistent flow of
high-intent, inbound PPC leads
--no hunting required. With a typical close rate of 1 in 15 leads, our top performers are consistently hitting and exceeding targets.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound & outbound calls with homeowners
Build quick rapport and assess seller urgency and motivation
Follow a structured sales script and guide sellers to the close
Negotiate and structure purchase agreements
Manage your CRM pipeline with accurate notes and follow-ups
Collaborate with the Disposition team after contract signing
Consistently hit or exceed sales KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly)
Participate in regular training, coaching, and meetings
Who You Are
Experience:
1-2 years of proven sales closing experience
High ticket sales experience
Sales Skills:
Expert closer with objection-handling mastery
High energy, competitive, and persuasive
Strong communicator--clear, confident, and direct
Able to follow a script while keeping it real
Tech Proficiency:
Google Docs, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems
Work Style:
Self-starter who owns their pipeline
Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
Organized, accountable, and excellent with follow-through
