Job Summary Salary: Basic plus commission - to be discussed in interview. Based on previous/current work experience. RealNet Hartbeespoort/Brits is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Real Estate industry. The ideal sales manager has a number of years exp in the real estate industry, with knowledge and guidance to share with an existing sales team. Must have good communication skills at all levels, assertive when necessary, eager to implement new ideas. Must be able to manage a team of 40 agents in all stages of the sales cycle as well as a motivator and mentor. Must be fully PC literate, well organised, excellent time keeping and energised to achieve goals and targets. We offer a basic salary plus commission. Preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Hartbeespoort/Brits. Non smoker. Own car and valid drivers license. 2024 FFC.
