Leasing SupervisorLocation: REMOTEPay: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per monthHours: Monday to Friday: 7 PM - 3 AM SAST including weekends as needed*About Us:*Red Oak is a fast-growing leasing brokerage specializing in leasing multi-family apartments. We have a friendly and fun work environment and are always striving to provide our clients with the best service in the industry.We are seeking a motivated Leasing Supervisor to oversee our leasing agents, photographers and marketers.Responsibilities:- Supervise and support team.- Ensure team adherence to company standards.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.- Prepare and submit detailed reports.Qualifications:- (Preferred)Proven experience in property leasing or a related field.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- Availability to work evenings and weekends- Reliable internet- Own laptopThis position offers a competitive salary, a very aggressive performance-based bonus structure, and a dynamic work environment.
