My client based in Brandfort District is seeking a REARING MANAGERResponsibilities:

Manage the rearing process for chicks.
Ensure proper feeding, nutrition, and care for optimal growth and health.
Maintain accurate records and data on animal health, growth rates, and performance.
Oversee environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and housing, to provide a conducive rearing environment.
Train and supervise rearing staff to ensure adherence to protocols and best practices.
Do small maintenance in and around rearing houses.

Proven experience in animal rearing, will be a big advantage.
Strong understanding of animal husbandry principles, nutrition, and health management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to animal welfare, sustainability, and ethical farming practices.
WILLING TO RELOCATE TO BRANDFORT IN THE FREE STATE.
Valid drivers license.
